Florida Vacant Residential Building Lot Opportunities
The slow real estate market that we are currently experiencing is presenting some excellent opportunities to invest in vacant residential building lots in Florida. Real estate investment groups are beginning to seriously look at opportunities to purchase blocks of lots in good locations in Citrus, Marion, Hernando and other surrounding central Florida counties because lot prices have fallen down to a point close to where they were before the recent real estate “boom”. For instance, one investment group bought a block of lots in north Citrus County for under $10,000 per lot, prepared a video presentation, took them to an auctioneer up north who sold them for between $30,000 and $35,000 per lot.
We currently have lots available in the following locations at very reasonable prices. These lots are all platted and on paved streets in established communities.
Citrus County

These lots are located in a new platted subdivision with the infrastructure in place. (paved streets and water/sewer) The average size lot is approximately one quarter acre.
Hernando County
- Spring Hill: 100 lots available at $17,500. per lot
